OVERVIEW I have 20+ years of experience in the software development industry, business development and
management, product development and big enterprise. I am a Senior Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Project
Manager and Resource Manager. I manage software development projects and teams (up to 160 FTEs) from
initial phase till successful release to production for top IT companies. I often start distributed teams/projects
from scratch and help them leverage their strengths through well-established internal processes.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Feb, 2025 – till now. Positions: Senior DM.

As a Senior Delivery Manager, I successfully led the end-to-end migration of a complex suite of tightly coupled
projects to AWS, driving their comprehensive redesign and modernization to enhance scalability, performance,
and security. I spearheaded cross-functional teams across development, testing, and operations, ensuring
seamless delivery of new systems while maintaining and optimizing legacy solutions to operate in parallel.

Projects:

Nucar IMS - Inventory management system for tracking cars from purchasing till their delivery to end users.
Nucar Marketing - Portal to compare efficiency of marketing ads versus sales for the dealerships.
Nucar CRM - inhouse made CRM.
Nucar DMS - Dealerships management system for tracking dealerships work, financial results, actual and planned
sales, sales process bottlenecks etc. incorporating 3 previous tools like sources of data.

Ukraine/USA/UK. Feb, 2024 – Feb, 2025. Senior DM.
 As a DM I was responsible for a customer called Danske Spil, the national lottery in Denmark. I work
with them in areas of BAU support, incident fixing, regular apps upgrades based on contractual agreements etc.
This involves managing the appropriate customer teams and cooperation with OpenBet's support, product,
DevOps and infrastructure teams which also involves interactions with internet providers.

April, 2018 -Feb, 2024, Positions: Senior Delivery and Senior Resource Manager

I was acting as a Senior DM, Scrum Master and a Resource Manager at the same time. As a Resource Manager, I
built an excellent team of 60+ Engineers where I was responsible for career development, salaries, performance,
interviewing, staffing & hiring, rotations, financial metrics analysis and optimization.

Projects:

London Stock Exchange Group: I was responsible for timely and quality delivery of projects within budget by
assigned teams. I improved structure, processes, communication and expectation. I managed 13 teams / 160 FTE
in Ukraine, Russia, India, Belarus, China and Poland. As well I was acting as Scrum Master for 2 projects. Main
projects: Symbology, Fact Sheets, Provenance, API Gateway Console, Elastic Search to AB Initio migration etc.

Adidas IT Group (from April 2018 to April 2019) and it was a new platform development for end-to-end
manufacturing process management with constant feedback from beta testers on each phase of manufacturing.

Jan, 2014 – April, 2018, Portfolio Manager, Director of Development and Operations

I was starting as a Portfolio Manager but stepped in into establishing processes from scratch and grew to
Director of Development and Operations responsible for whole SDLS: development, QA, tech writing etc.
activities, planning, budgeting, hiring and firing etc. Main customers: Uber, Hertz,Penske, Lexus USA, Toyota USA
and fully responsible for the offices in Lviv, Kyiv and Manila.

April, 2008– Dec, 2013, QA Manager, Project manager, QMO Competence Manager,
I’ve started as QA Manager for Cisco in 2008 and grown to QA Coordinator, to QA Competence manager and to
PM again for Cisco.

Feb, 2005– March, 2008, QA Manager, QA Engineer, Tech Writer

Acting as a manual QA and technical writer, AQA and finally transforming into QA Manager.
