Ukrainian communications and management professional working at the intersection of public institutions, business,
education and international development across four countries. I translate institutional logic, power dynamics and cultural
nuance into clear, functional communication that delivers results for decision-makers, partners and public audiences. I build
systems from zero, lead cross-functional teams, and consistently produce measurable outcomes — from guiding 160
students to graduation and winning an international hackathon jury, to delivering a Council of Europe educational
programme independently and being hired mid-degree by a regional government agency based on my own results.
