1) Project description: CRM system for travel documents (visa) process management.
Creating the system for international company with 18 offices around the globe. Building functionality to manage
all process from A to Z, collect statistics, utilize different payment methods and systems, integrate with different
shipping systems.
Role: Project/Product Manager

manage spends of staff inside the company. The task was to create integration that can take staff data from internal
CRM system and put it under Concur. Also, when customer submits an order, all relevant data are being transferred
to the system.

4) Project description: Creating affiliated system for the core product providing possibility to book travel
documents (visa, passport, invitation letter, legalization documents, embassy registration and others) online and
manage documents workflows. Clients should have a possibility to add widget under their website and get income
from bookings coming from their side. Affiliated system includes all statistics, customer data, provides information
about booking success, informs about problems.

Product Management:

Project description: The innovative set of products facilitating operations of one of the visa and passport services
industry global leaders. The software solution provides clients with ability to order travel documents (visa, passport,
invitation letter, legalization document, embassy registration, etc.) online, automates sales processes, documents
workflows and back-office operations. The system supports different payment methods, shipping providers, has its
own content management system, customers support, financial statistics, affiliated programs, referral programs and
provides options to be integrated with other systems. Also, the product is highly secured, uses SSO. It covers the
needs of B2C, B2B clients, as well as the company operations team which is processing orders using the system.
Sales managers can create B2B portal for corporate client in a simple way without programming, upload company
users’ data using CSV files, get financial statistics and information about their own commissions. The system
includes advanced notification services for clients and company managers. Clients stay informed about any updates
related to their orders, managers are informed about changes, new bookings, etc. Also, the system has its own KPI’s
to control operations team service quality. Company management is notified if the work quality is below defined
baselines and team is making mistakes.

Role: Product Manager since solution MVP stage bringing it through 10 years evolution to the current state of
feature rich set of products with its own CRM system to manage B2B, B2C clients, including sales team processes,
supporting back-office operation teams and call centers in different countries, providing API for external solutions,
including own content management systems and many other useful things.
