ABOUT ME
I’m an HR Manager with 4+ years of experience, mainly in IT companies with
teams of 50+ people. I know how to build HR processes from scratch,
improve what doesn’t work, and create a comfortable, people-centered work
environment. I’m not afraid of complex challenges or uncertainty — I see
them as opportunities to grow and bring clarity.
One of my key strengths is building real, trust-based relationships with
leadership. I am truly convinced that HR is strategic partner, not just a
support function. I'm looking for a team where HR is valued, and where I can
contribute, grow and make a real impact.
