ABOUT ME
I am from Lviv, 33 years old, married, have a degree in marketing. My specialty is strategic marketing management and
E-commerce development. I have experience in building and implementing marketing strategies in the fields of Travel,
Food Delivery, and FMCG. In my work, I value teams the most, because thanks to them, it was possible to implement
many ambitious projects: launching of Digital and E-com platforms, brand scaling, opening of new locations, launching
loyalty systems, PR campaigns, and NPD processes. I develop my own technical skills in order to objectively evaluate the
team's work and set realistic tasks. In my free time, I go mountain climbing and have reached the summits of Kilimanjaro,
Kazbek, Toubkal, and other peaks.
EDUCATION
Master of Marketing, Lviv Polytechnic National University, 2010 - 2015
Completed SEO training at Google Search Central in 2020 and the "Job to be done" training at UCU in 2024.
Most of the knowledge was obtained through self-education and practical experience in various projects.

EXPERIENCE
Co-Founder. Launching a brand into the market, complete implementation of the project from the idea
GRA stage to a stable company in the mountain hiking niche. Development of a unique value proposition in
2015 - now the active recreation segment. Building an end-to-end marketing strategy based exclusively on Digital
technologies. Creation of a digital platform for booking, payment, and customer support, which
minimized operational costs. The greatest pride of the company became the GRA team these are
guides who create journeys and spark joy, and are currently defending Ukraine.
IT STEP Digital Marketing Manager. Implementation of comprehensive digital strategies for IT products.
ACADEMY Expert setup and administration of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Achieving and
2017- 2019 maintaining the target ROAS indicator as a result of sales funnel optimization.

MEDICOVER Digital Marketing Manager. Taking over the project at a stage of turbulence, auditing the current
2020 - 2023 situation, and rapid stabilization of the Digital strategy. Successful completion and release of critically
important projects for the corporate website development.
KORMOTECH Ecommerce Marketing Manager in CEE. Development of online sales channels for international
2023 - 2026 brands Club4Paws, Optimeal, Delickcious, My Love in the market of Ukraine and Central and Eastern
Europe. Building and scaling E-com platforms for B2C and B2B.
MIASORUB Chief Marketing Officer. Management and development of the company's marketing strategy in the
2024 - now Food Delivery sector, building the marketing department from scratch, and team mentoring.
Development and implementation of the brand expansion strategy. Introduction of the RACI
methodology, automation of workflows and project management. Implementation of a rolling planning
system, synchronization of marketing activities with CAC, LTV, and ROMI business metrics.

KRAMAR LTD Chief Marketing Officer. Headed marketing during a period of active restructuring, implementing the
