PROFILE
I’m a Shift Lead Manager with 3+ years of experience at SKELAR, specializing in remote team coordination, customer experience, workflow
optimization, and people management. I thrive in fast-paced environments that require strong communication, adaptability, problem-solving,
and emotional intelligence.

Before transitioning into tech and operations, I worked as an English teacher for children, teenagers, and adults. That experience strengthened
my communication skills, adaptability, patience, and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.

Beyond my main role, I also work with creative content production as a camera operator, voice-over artist, producer, and editor of video and
audio content, including masterclasses and vlogs. Creativity, storytelling, and continuous learning are an important part of who I am.

I’m passionate about growth, leadership, and building meaningful experiences — both for customers and teams. My ambition is to continue
