I realized I had been doing many Project Management responsibilities long before
Skills pursuing it as a career. I coordinated people, improved processes, and managed
English: B1-B2 projects from concept to delivery. Now I'm looking to grow as a Project Manager.

Stakeholder Found and fixed a high-turnover problem. One team lead was burned out, and it was
Management affecting the whole department. I suggested pausing hiring for her team, got approval
