Work Experience
11.2025 – now Project Manager – DATAFOREST

Manage end-to-end delivery of custom software development, AI, data
engineering, cloud, and web application projects for international clients
across multiple industries. Lead cross-functional distributed teams,
ensuring successful project execution from discovery through production
release while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer
satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent software development projects with
budgets ranging from small MVPs to long-term dedicated development
teams.
- Lead distributed cross-functional teams of Software Engineers, QA
Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers,
UI/UX Designers, and Solution Architects.
- Define project scope, delivery strategy, milestones, resource allocation,
and release plans.
- Manage projects under various engagement models, including Time &
Materials (T&M), Dedicated Development Center (DDC), Fixed Price,
and Cost Plus Fee.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating
requirement discovery, project planning, backlog prioritization, change
management, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate Agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies,
including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint
reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, earned value analysis (EVA),
burndown charts, velocity, budget forecasts, and custom project health
metrics.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting,
profitability analysis, resource utilization, contingency planning,
invoicing support, and rate calculations.
- Perform risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis,
dependency management, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate business analysis activities, including requirements

technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

initiatives.

- Support pre-sales activities by participating in discovery workshops,
effort estimation, solution design discussions, proposal preparation,
and Statement of Work (SoW) development.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs,
communication plans, status reports, resource plans, and delivery
documentation.
- Mentor junior Project Managers and team members, promoting Agile
best practices, delivery excellence, and effective stakeholder
management.

05.2021 – 11.2025 Project Manager – Incode Group

Work with small/medium projects. Main responsibilities:
- main contracts: T&M, DDC, Cost Plus Fee;
- working with the clients to define requirements and key features,
delivery milestones of the product;
- project planning and tracking – KPI, custom indicators;
- working with Scrum (dailies, retrospective, planning in calls) and
Kanban methodologies (Jira, Trello). Time trackers – Upwork,
Hubstaff, ClickUp, TimeTracker, etc.;
- budget management (contingency reserves, rate calculating,
EVA monitoring);
- quality management (control diagrams, flowcharting,
Ishikawa diagrams);
- team management (small teams - up to 5 members), using RACI
diagrams, conflicts solving, adjourning), face to face meetings, DISC
assessment;
- risk management (quantitative and qualitative analysis, SWOT
analysis, decision tree technique, response plan);
- business analysis (requirements gathering, market overview) and project
documentation.

07.2020 – 05.2021 Ciklum – Content Producer

Working in Adobe AEM system. Migrating the content from Drupal.
For now, I worked on 3 projects, but the main one was the biggest of
them (in case of content quantity and time consuming). Main
responsibilities, as a content producer:
- creating pages and filling them with the content from live sites;
- working with QA feedback;
- task estimation, as a performer;
- take a participant in dailies;
- newcomers onboarding (English/Russian speakers).
During this period, I also had an opportunity to learn web testing tools

 (like BrowserStack and chrome extensions). From time to time I perform site
testing if in case of lack of QAs:
- mobile and desktop testing;
- performance testing;
- content testing;
- working with inspector and source code.
On my main project we have no asset producer, so I had to learn Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier/Encoder. Main skills in these tools:
- asset optimization (resize pictures to the containers on the site and
changing their format, if needed);
- video resizing, according to specification;
- working with .svg logos and some assets (rare case)
Also, I started to help project manager with some tasks:
- working with client’s feedback in Jira;
- managing tickets, roadmaps, project boards and working with the
project planning;
- managing worktime for the tasks;
- preparing internal documentation;
- direct communication with the client: clarifying requirements,
- discussing task details, managing of deployments.

12.2019 - 06.2020 Technical Support Engineer - InfoReach Inc.

Main responsibilities: setting up FIX-sessions for client’s installations,
configuring orders routing between client and broker (FIX engine);
configuring Trade Management System (TMS) – the main product of
InfoReach:
- adjustment configuration in XML files (adding new field/column
in trading reports, adding new user, etc.);
- changing basic settings in Java-components;
- analyzing logs to prevent errors and unpredictable behavior;
- finding solutions of client’s issues;
- basic configuration of SQL part of the system (like setting
up tables replication);
- basic knowledge in certification for the new brokers according
to specifications (like NASDAQ spec.);
- setting up schedule for automatic system launch, replication,
backup, etc.;
- delivering changes to the client’s installations;
- testing new systems on new servers;
- monitoring tickets in internal management system.

09.2018 - 12.2019 Researcher – Noosphere Ventures
Project is under whole NDA:
- monitoring of the global media venture / start-up / IT-related issues;
- search for information in open sources about companies,
market verticals, venture deals, etc.;
- analysis of the collected information, identification of trends and
making of conclusions;
- preparation of analytical reports.

"Factor analysis and construction of the mathematical patterns of the armor strength
of oxygen frequency converter"

The basic enterprise: steel foundry "Evraz-DMZ", Dnipro, Ukraine.
- the neural network has been designed to predict the stability of the lining;
- the system is implemented in production;
- comparative properties of linear and nonlinear models, as well as models in implicit form;
- the production costs have dropped by 15% due to the optimal planning of the repair work
of the converter.

1. "Toughened Polyamide 6: Fracture Behavior and Power Transmission" Presentation at the
University, Course: "Materials Physics Seminar", Koblenz, Germany, 2018:
- the mechanisms of polymer destruction were discovered;
- analysis of the miscibility of PA 6 and rubber particles was described;
- the effect of the size of the rubber particles in PA 6 on the stiffness of the
material have been described.

2. "Construction of Regression Pattern of Armor Resistance of Oxygen Frequency
Converter", "4th International Scientific and Practical Conference" Conference of the

- the analysis of the company was made;
- the work area of the lining material was described;
- a linear model of liner stability was constructed and evaluated.
