Legal support includes support of purchase and sale of real estate and shares of related companies, advice on tax issues, support of the most important court cases, advice on antitrust law (including the preparation of documents for permission to concentrate), support of relations with non-residents, etc.

In the sphere of antitrust law, I was involved in obtaining prior permits for creation associations and corporations, for various types of concentration, represented clients in disputes with the Antimonopoly Committee and in litigation with the Antimonopoly Committee.

I also gained considerable experience in litigation in the sphere of corporate, tax, land disputes, etc. During my work, I supported more than 150 lawsuits (administrative proceedings, commercial proceedings, civil proceedings).
