I have conducted the recruiting for outsourcing, outstaffing and product companies. I have organised offices from scratch and built HR-strategies, have worked both full-time and in a project-oriented manner (e.g. recruiting for a startup).

(Linkedin / github / stack overflow and others)
headhunting
building of the recruiting strategy, creation of a passive candidate base
formation of vacancies together with clients (PM or TechLead or Client directly)
recruiting reporting and statistics, recruiting predictions

HR:
adaptation
motivation
employees’ engagement development
conflict-solving
making employees’ professional development plans (together with Tech Lead)
maintenance of every employee profile
performance review (based on data collection 360 and market information)
organization of training sessions and events for employees
tracking professional events in the country - suggesting the company’s partnership
HR brand-formation, tracking feedback about the company
PR-strategies for raising brand awareness and candidates engagement
launching of HRM system in the company
work with finance department
maintaining and controlling of the office budget

work with reliable lawyers
communications with banks

business meetings signing partnerships (subcontractors and others)
