Selected Achievements
• Led business process improvement Kaizen event for cycle time reduction of product creation in Ukraine. The project resulted in an overall reduction of 5 days for the delivery of the products.
• Implemented a project portfolio management process for North Eastern Europe to drive prioritization, smarter decision making and improved resource management.
• Managed suppliers on operational and quality processes by establishing an interaction model to track their performance and improve it.
• Participated in two Kaizen events as a representative from Production Department and part of the Continuous Improvement group that had to implement actions from the Kaizen newspaper related to specific production processes.
Kaizen 1: Cycle time reduction of the product release process, which required among other actions, adjusting the batch sizes to smaller units for faster QA and feedback of the production work.
Kaizen 2: Implementation of Lean principles (such as 5s and lean board with metrics tracking) on several projects in one of the production centers.
• Led six continuous improvement project teams to improve their key performance indicators. These efforts contributed to productivity, capacity, and quality improvement.
