•Concluding the storage agreement with the silos, registration them in the folders, take control of receiving originals of them. Stock accounting; revising and controlling payments for services and final acts with the silo; registration and monthly verification the originals of warehouse tickets. Checking and confirmation losses in the silo/port and due to transportation. Monthly inventory in the silo.
•Execution of purchase/sales contracts. Preparing contract files with all the documents corresponded to the given purchase/sale contract. Gathering statistics of executed and defaulted contracts, archives executed contract files.
•Checking the calculation, preparing and providing payments including silo, customers, forwarding agents, Survey companies etc. Registration of bank statement balances on a daily basis control. Control of the balance with the customers, suppliers, silos, forwarding agents etc.
•Checking all incoming accounting documents to be issued in accordance with Ukrainian tax and accounting legislation for the purpose of VAT refund. Recovering of originals documents from suppliers.
•Working with rail/auto forwarding agents, optimization the tariffs, planning the loading, preparing the necessary docs for shipment, daily report about loading in the silo/ arrival the cargo to the port.
•Working with custom. Making the necessary permits for grain export.
•Stock inventory, monthly stock and cargo movement reports.
