I am able to control the all process of project realization, I can correctly prepare, structure and plan the project, control the progress of work on the object, in case of deviation from the schedule to analyze the problem or complex situation and develop and implement solutions to eliminate them or minimize the risks, bring the project to the end.
I can work both independently and in a team, and can take responsibility for my decisions.
I can to manage a team and independed persons in project.
I have an experience of preparation and realization of the boutique-hotel project complectation from the beginning and till acceptance by customer, repair and complectation of the restaurant for 7 days, as well as privat apartments in average and high price segments complectation, knowledge and experience in sales of products in high price segment.
I also have an experience of preparation to the sale of a European format Sports bar Project reconstruction and turnkey complectation, preparation of a Thermal SPA-hotel Project complectation, etc.
I have an experience in creating furniture with a designer, I know the processes of furniture manufacturing, materials, fittings, finishing etc.
I know the products of some Italian, Spanish and other Tile- and Sanitary factories in a volume sufficient to properly complete the object. If I do not know some product – I can learn it easly.
I am able to develop products for individual design and construction with manufacturers of furniture, glassware, stoneware and composite materials, windows, doors, parquet, etc.
I can read and verify business contracts, execute all the necessary accounting documents, but prefer that lawyers and accountants do that.
