-Answering of guests’ requests and other emails.
-Conducting webinars and introducing the company’s hotels to foreign partners.
-Carrying out any reasonable duties as may be requested by the General Manager of the hotel.
-Training of the department staff. Planning of the day and control of the tasks’ fulfillment by staff.
