- liaised with top management on various staff issues, consulted and coached to address business and
personal needs;
- led the performance management process (development plans, feedbacks, annual appraisal, appraisal
results communication and reward implementation);
- led the annual salary review process, managed various bonuses (e.g., appreciation awards, sales,
performance based), analyzed the market and advised on the salary grids and retention arrangements;
- managed talent identification process and coached key talents; consulted on career conversations and
development options;
- processed the results of the people satisfaction surveys and helped management with the presentation and
communication to staff, led an employee engagement team, identified items most important to employee
engagement and satisfaction and controlled implementation;
- managed onboarding and run exit interviews;
- drafted and implemented various HR policies and procedures, participated in change projects;
- interviewed for key and unique positions, negotiated and issued offers;

- Oversaw all aspects of budgeting, planning and implementation of learning and development opportunities
in PwC Ukraine for 450 employees and managers; 3 persons in subordination;
- Assessed training needs (questionnaires, interviews with staff and managers, identification of competencies
to be developed, gaps in skills);
- Customized and developed training and development programs using a combination of case studies, on the
job learning, stretch assignments, classroom training, on-line learning, coaching/mentoring to meet
organizational objectives, address gaps in performance;
- Delivered soft skills courses as the trainer (Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Trusted Advisor
skills, Coaching and Feedback skills, Time Management, Relationship Building, Team Leader and

- Acted as an L&D Coordinator for the Program for Tax Specialists (2008-2010): registered, monitored
attendance of tax consultants from 29 CEE/CIS PwC offices, cooperated with local L&D people and

- Acted as a Member of the Steering Committee and a Leader of the Trainers’ Pool Stream for the Tax
Academy Project (2009-2010): participated in the development of the Tax Academy structure and program;
identified the training pool and ensured communication between local trainers and the regional L&D team;

01.07.2006 – 30.06.2008. Senior Human Capital Specialist and 01.01.2006 – 30.06.2006, Human Capital Specialist:
- Maintained HR documentation and staff files under Ukrainian legislation and corporate requirements;
- Responsible for new personnel admission, onboarding, termination, exit interviews;
- Responsible for Learning & Development: needs assessment, satisfaction surveys, administration and
organization of trainings, reporting;
- Participated in research and development of motivation programs for staff;
- Reported to PwC headquarters on headcount, company organization, insurance cases, and other HR related
issues, and reported to national authorities as required under Ukrainian legislation.

2007-2013 - Assessor’s services to Pinchuk Fund within the framework of project ZAVTRA.UA.
Assessment center for the talented youth to win the scholarship of Pinchuk Fund. Totally about 8,000 students have been
assessed all over Ukraine though the 7 years of the project.
2016 – designer and tutor of the HR Business Partner course (Golden Staff Company Project for experienced HR
professionals)
