I am in charge of the heart of the platform, scaling and growing - traffic, influencers engagements and working directly with them. I manage a team of 15 people and do lots of product tasks myself, because the management team is quite small.

Some stats of the last 6 months to share:

— 300+ influencers (worldwide) on the platform
— 800к+ unique visits from the influence traffic alone
— х3 traffic revenue (180% ROI)

Some achievements and job responsibilities:

— developed, tested and updated a marketing strategy from scratch, which hit first financial goals in 3 months
— hiring (from 4 to 15 direct reports) and developing the team, budgets
— account management: salaries, budgets, vendors management
— direct work with the creators (US/LATAM/EU): huge influencers contact info base
— analytics & various metrics (transitions, subscriptions, costs) in Kibana, Voluum, Google Analytics;
Product tasks: creating new features for the platform, custdev (influencers focused), parts of the CJM, experiments and work on funnel refinement
