Position Overview:As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our sales team to effectively manage client relationships, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service. You will act as a liaison between the sales team and various internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and timely information.
    • Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.
  2. Order Processing and Coordination:
    • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and other relevant departments to facilitate order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
    • Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
    • Provide administrative support, including maintaining sales records, generating reports, and updating customer databases.
    • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales initiatives.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including features, specifications, and applications.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
    • Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance knowledge and sales proficiency.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the sales support function.
    • Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth.
    • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • English (PreIntermidiate)
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or B2B environment will be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data management.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
