Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze on a regular bases changes in KA structure, strategy and purchases based on open sources (annual reports, industrial reports, news) and available data sources
  • Coordinate cross-functional team to implement grow strategy for KA
  • Support implementation of relevant Marketing campaigns & new product launches
  • Coordinate regular farms visit & in season support with sales reps responsible to KA F2 °F farms
  • Participate in price negotiation between KA, distributor and Syngenta to support KA in tender process against other producers
  • Coordinate product allocation & supply
  • Coordinate resolution of complicated technical issues with Regional tech experts
  • Ensure accurate customer forecast is kept updated on a monthly basis
  • Utilize CRM system to log all relevant information about sales visits daily

Critical knowledge

  • Result orientation/Courage/Agility;
  • Previous agricultural experience/knowledge is a must
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a multi-disciplinary, team-based working environment + Strong commitment to teamwork;
  • Ability to negotiate at high levels and excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Self propelled and self motivated;
  • High Tech expertise and deep agronomy knowledge in the area;
  • Very good interpersonal relationship skills;
  • Pro-activity and analytical minded;
  • Availability to remain in an area some years (KA relationships are made slowly and but for ages);
  • Ability to effectively communicate proposals of value + «sell» technological aspects;
  • Capacity to interact with other teams and «Influence without authority»
  • Honored and well-mannered.
