NDEDE Company Limited commenced as sole proprietorship (one man business) with 4 (four) team players under the leadership of the managing director, Mr. Joseph Acquaye at Tarkwa in the Western region of Ghana in 1995.As a result of hard work (as the name NDEDE means) dedication, commitment and customer satisfaction as its hallmark, it was incorporated into a limited liability status, thus, NDEDE Company Limited in the year 2006.

Customer satisfaction being our hallmark has earned us 5% market share within a year and prominent mining, oil, and construction companies such as Crew Gold Mines in Guinea, Cluff Mines in Cote d’ivoir, Goldfields Ghana Limited, Africa Mining Service (AMS), Abosso Goldfields Limited, Ghana Manganese Corporation (GMC), Moolman Mines, BIVAC, Chirano Gold Mines, Golden Star, BCM, Ghana National Petroleum Corporation, Dredging International, Consar limited and BALKAN among others.

VISIONThe vision of the company is to provide one stop shop quality and affordable engineering ,safety and mining consumable products to the mining industry and other industries in the West Africa sub region.

MISSIONThe mission of the company is to provide services at a phone call or any other means of communication, excellent quality mining and engineering products at the right time, place and price for the benefits of our stakeholders.
