Our team Customer Support Specialist with excellent English for products targeted on EU customers.


  • high literacy level of speech and writing (Russian and English);
  • ability to work in intensive mode;
  • computer skills;
  • experience in related fields;
  • ability to work with large volumes of information and willingness to learn;
  • willingness to learn quickly;
  • high level of self-control;


  • providing expert advice on the technical and financial parts of products using online chat;
  • sending requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users and receiving feedback for the purpose of subsequent informing users;
  • informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources.

Working conditions:

  • work schedule: 1/3;
  • comfortable office five minutes walk from metro Palace Ukraine;
  • working in a strong team on commercially successful products.
