What We Do

At Deep Consulting Solutions we create more efficient companies by analyzing their business processes and automating them with effective technology. Our work process with the client includes a deep business study, identification of areas in the business where automation is appropriate, designing a software solution to provide automation, building, and implementing a software system into the client’s business to help them run a more efficient ship.

Your Purpose in our Organization

You are responsible for working with clients and ensuring that the automation solutions we design and create for them will get adopted and used by the client’s organization successfully.

Your Result

We expect you to have the automation solution produced by our team successfully used in the live business environment by the client. Their business processes must work in reality as intended by our Business Analyst Team.

Your Actions

You will need to take all necessary actions to accomplish your Result. Specifically, we anticipate that your duties will include the following:

  • Coordinating Client Actions needed in the adoption of the system — communicating with the individuals in the Client Organization and holding them accountable.
  • Training Client’s employees on our automation solutions.
  • Creating Permanent Training Material and distributing it to the clients for permanent use in their organization.
  • Resolving Implementation and Adoption Issues.
