This role is 100% about placements. Not strategy decks, not audits — finding the right sites, negotiating your way in, writing link inserts that read like they were always part of the article, and getting links live where they actually count. If you get satisfaction from closing a placement on a site everyone else got ignored by, you’ll feel at home here.

👉 What you’ll be doing:

• Sourcing and qualifying link placement opportunities: niche edits / link inserts on existing pages, guest posts, resource and partner pages
• Vetting every donor before outreach — organic traffic and its geo split, keyword+backlink profiles, DR/DA, spam signals, whether the page is actually indexed and getting traffic
• Writing the link insert copy yourself: crafting relevant, natural surrounding text (1−3 sentences or a short paragraph) that fits the tone and flow of the existing article — so the placement looks native, not bolted on
• Adapting anchors to context: taking the initial target anchor and reworking it into a natural, contextual phrase that fits the sentence — not defaulting to generic («click here», «this tool»), bare brand, or naked URL anchors. You understand anchor distribution and know when a partial-match or long-tail anchor beats an exact-match one
• Managing the placement pipeline end-to-end with a strong focus on quality over quantity

👉 What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience securing paid and free link placements — you can talk through specific sites you’ve closed and why you picked them
• Strong copy skills for link inserts: you can write a paragraph in English that blends into someone else’s article and carries the link naturally. We will ask you to write a sample insert during the interview process
• Solid understanding of anchor text: you know the difference between exact-match, partial-match, branded, and generic anchors, and you choose based on context and the target page’s anchor profile
• Ability to tell a real site from a PBN or a traffic-faked donor without needing a checklist
• Confident negotiation skills — comfortable discussing money and holding a position
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+) — most communication is written, but you should be comfortable jumping on an occasional call to discuss and close a placement
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail — a wrong anchor or a nofollow you didn’t catch is a wasted budget
• Comfortable working with Ahrefs / Semrush / Similarweb and keeping your own tracking in order
• Experience in SEO / Content / Digital marketing is a strong plus
