Вимоги:

Minimum 2 year of experience in trucking dispatch or logistics
Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and HOS compliance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem-solve under pressure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with TMS, ELD systems, and Microsoft Office
Bilingual (English/Ukrainian/Russian) is a plus

Dispatch and monitor a fleet of trucks/drivers across multiple lanes
Maintain consistent communication with drivers and customers
Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments
Optimize routes and schedules for maximum efficiency
Manage logs, paperwork, and ELD data in compliance with FMCSA regulations
Resolve service issues and breakdowns quickly and professionally
Work closely with safety, billing, and maintenance departments
