One of the most important components in my activities when working as a Director of Logistics in BARLINEK INVEST was the curatorship of investment projects for the warehouse of finished products. The idea was when buying a packaging line or packaging machine for the warehouse, the curator (the meritoric of the project) himself or with the help of the colleagues in charge for investments and engineers find producers of such equipment, inquire the price, hold negotiations for receiving more comfortable terms of buying (set of components, functionality, effectiveness, payback and other parameters). During this process technical task of the project has been discussed aimed for providing the required conditions concerning the installation of the equipment (whole specter of technical tasks which the company who makes the order must provide before the installation of the equipment – electricity, compressed air and generally whole the infrastructure – work zone with its respective components). In addition to this, I was forming the team of specialists with their salary budget (fund).
Generally I have completed 2 mega projects with the total cost of 980.000 euro with the companies like Hugo Beck (https://www.hugobeck.com/en/ German producer of packing lines and machines, total cost of the project was 330.000 euro) and Italian companies like Mechanica Moderna and Prisma (https://www.prismasim.it/home-page-prisma/) with the total cost of the project equal to 650.000 euro.
There were also little and medium projects – 2 ramps for the trucks with the back loading (forming of the technical task, budget, and so on), Lighting of the warehouse and the packaging lines and so on.
