Technical support specialist

Ecommerce — Ukrainian company, offering services to US market, is looking for a customer support specialist.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Providing support for hosting company customers via LiveChat and HelpDesk
  • Assisting customers with technical and billing questions
  • Escalating customers' issues and handling cross-department communications
  • Ability to work night shifts


• Excellent written English communication (at least Upper-intermediate), fast typing

• Ability to learn quickly

• Interest in IT

• Stress resistance

Will be a plus:

Basic knowledge of hosting services functions

Experience in using CMSs (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc.)

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

Knowledge at modern programming languages and databases will be a great advantage
