— ticket reservations
— refund/revalidation of tickets

- selection of best possible itinerary taking into account customer preferences
— solving problems in emergency situations
— leading of data base, data processing
- coordination and communication to colleagues from different departments
- ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and business principles
