Your Mission: Find extraordinary talents around the world! The Talent Aquisition Team Lead will support the internal recruiting teams in 15 countries by proactively sourcing qualified experts who want to become Vimpelcom employee. You will be supporting and working closely with a high-performing team of Recruiters. This is a lead generation role that is critical to the success of the team and overall company objectives. In order for you to be successful, you must:

• Be a natural-born connector with a passion for people

• Leverage your uncanny ability to find candidates in every corner of the earth

• Source candidates through the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, intricate Boolean searches, user groups, social networking, forums and web sourcing

• Prequalify potential candidates to determine their level of interest and match to the role

• Develop and maintain an active pipeline of pre-screened executive candidates

• Source, engage and present top talent either on a role-specific basis or as part of a wider strategic project/ pipelining exercise

• Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, professional and social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and the internal ATS

• Proactively research and generate new/creative sourcing ideas

• Maintain and develop internal database: Track candidate history, tag candidates, build knowledge base of individuals, industries and markets

• Keep abreast of trends, developments and industry activity; Know the competitive landscape and provide relevant information feeds to the business

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication with candidates

Skills and Desired Qualifications

• Thorough understanding and use of online candidate sourcing methods

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy; excellent follow-through skills

• Strong communication skills

• Creative mindset, proactive, resourceful, resilient, fun and fearless

• More than 2 years of sourcing experience

• Digital native

• Good in both speaking and writing of English and Russian languages (knowledge of other CIS languages will be as an advantage)

• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
