Опис вакансії

American Medical Centers, a primary private healthcare provider in Kyiv is looking for a Patient Expierience Manager (Administrator)

Main duties:

Meeting and greeting clients, providing information about the clinic answering and forwarding phone calls

Scheduling appointments with the doctors, managing queries through mails

Operate all aspects of Front Office computer system, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes
Review daily front office work and activities and report on daily basis to upper Management

Requirements:

Ability to work with data Attention to details
Clients oriented, positive thinking, tactful, well presented, smiling
Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, Outlook
Fluent in English
Previous experience working in 1C would be considered as advantage
