Sloboda Studio is one of the first RoR companies in Eastern Ukraine and was founded in 2010. We are looking for a sales development representative, who will work with inbound and outbound leads and help qualify new sales opportunities.


• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently

• English: upper intermediate, spoken communication skills

• Experience in negotiation

• Ability to delve into customer’s business (basic knowledge of business intelligence)

• Ability to work with a great deal of information and identify the main thinginternet research skills

• Work experience in the field of sales — from 1 year

• Understanding of IT development process

• Awareness of web development basics

Desired skills:

• Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, Outreach platforms• An engineering degree

• Qualification of the leads, who came from the main channels (outbound, website etc) according to BANT (Budget, Authority, Needs and Timeline)

• Preliminary information search about the customer on the internet

• Communication in English with clients

• Validation of the leads founded by lead generators

• Work with existing database in CRM
