Опис вакансії

We are looking for Helpdesk operator to company which is a leading logistics service provider in the world.

Requirements:

  • (Senior) Helpdesk Operator with at least 2 years of relevant background;
  • Fluent English (European B2);
  • Windows client background (certification Windows 7 and up welcome);
  • OTRS ticket system knowledge is welcome but not required;
  • ITIL knowledge nice to have, not required;
  • German language would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Logging, categorizing, prioritizing, classifying and forwarding of tickets for specific applications;
  • processing of documented service requests following SOPs;
  • handling of minor incidents using Knowledge Base articles (amount will increase by time);

We offer:

  • Working hours: from 8 to 16:30 local time with on call services stipulated in contract but not practiced at the moment (just like in Germany)
  • Comfortable office іn Pecherskyi district;
  • Salary — 1000−1100 Euro;
  • Official employment.
