Real Estate Agent (Rentals, Sales)

Vestor.Estate is looking for a Real Estate Agent Assistant to work with foreign clients.

Our company provides the full cycle of real estate services in central Kyiv, and we are looking for a talented young person to help us grow our business while learning new skills along the way.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION

• A sales and customer service mentality.
• Outgoing personality, energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills.
• Desire to spend lots of time working outside the office and moving around the city.
• Persistence and ability to handle stress well
• Intermediate spoken and written English and native Ukrainian. Knowledge of additional European languages is helpful but not required.
• Ability to communicate with local brokers, owners, AND foreign clients.
• Professional appearance and phone skills.
• Comfortable with technology.

KEY DUTIES

• Closing deals based on leads from the company’s website, and other internal lead generation sources.
• Searching for suitable properties based on client requests
• Arranging and conducting property tours («viewings»).
• Preparing draft lease and sales agreements (for review by the Sales or Rental Directors).
