AUTODOC is one of Europe’s largest online car parts retailers, operating in 26 countries.We pursue a strong customer focus on social media, through technical support in the respective national language and a demand-oriented product range currently comprising almost 2.5 million items from 545 brand manufacturers for 128 car brands. Autodoc GmbH is based in the Berlin district of Lichtenberg and is fully owner-managed.

Financial Controller will contribute to the development of Controlling function (part of Finance team) of the Group and perform a vast variety of controlling related activities. You will liaise with Finance and Projects teams to a) help develop and implement processes necessary for operation of controlling function and b) support the Projects teams on financial matters.


  • Implementation of managerial accounting according to the Group principles;
  • Development of ERP improvements (1C 8.3, internal company ERP systems);
  • Implementation of new controls and procedures following audit requirements;
  • Participation in IFRS transformation process;
  • FP&A: budgeting, estimations, rolling forecasts, variance analysis;
  • Monthly preparation of consolidation report regarding the performance of the business unit (P&L, BS, CF);
  • International transactions control;
  • Providing effective support to the business;
  • Ad-hoc tasks.

Key qualifications of ideal candidate:

  • BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, finance, accounting;
  • Experience in managerial accounting, financial analysis — minimum 5 years;
  • Advanced Excel user (knowledge of VBA, SQL will be an advantage);
  • Knowledge and experience with spreadsheet and presentation software;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or Advanced: oral and written;
  • Ambitious, proactive, with strong communication skills.
