Logistics Assistant

Sargent Logistics, Inc. is an American transportation and logistics company with a head office based in Chicago, IL. Our company provides transportation services throughout the US, with target markets in Washington, Oregon, California (South and North), the Midwest and East Coast.

We are looking for an operational assistance team member to join our team in the Kyiv office.

Position Qualifications

• Previous experience in US-based transportation will be an advantage, but not obligatory.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English skills;
• University graduate;
• Proficient Computer skills that include good typing abilities and a basic understanding of the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office;
• Extreme focus on organization and time management;
• Team player;
• Organized, punctual, flexible, reliable, attentive to details;
• Constantly looking for new and improved methods to perform job duties;
• Based in Kyiv, since the job is in the office.

Essential Functions

• Support operational activity of the company;
• Monitoring/supervision of fleet and drivers;
• Communicate with our drivers, staff members and customers, assist them with various inquiries.

Employment conditions

• Office work at the Kyiv city center. Remote isn’t considered;
• Fixed salary rate — 1000$ per month;
• Schedule — Morning shift (6am-1pm) home-based — 5/3, afternoon shift (1pm-9pm) office — 5/3, night shift (9pm-6am) office — 5/4 (Please note, that the schedule includes all shifts).
