Опис вакансії

We are a leading US company selling electronic devices mainly on Amazon and we’re growing fast. Thus, we’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team.

We offer schedule that provides a perfect work/life balance and ability to recharge after working mandatory night shifts.

Our Customer Service Agents are taking four straight days off after four days of work. 4 in — 4 out.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Corresponding with customers via phone, email or chat in accordance with company’s procedures
  • Investigate & resolve customer complaints, resolution of complex incidents
  • Reporting customer feedback
  • Outbound contacts with customers
  • Working some of the shifts during night hours

What we require:

  • Customer Service background or understanding of the industry coped with willingness to learn and develop
  • Above average level of English
  • Experience of working with CRM systems that involve tickets
  • Understanding of Customer Service courtesy and etiquette
  • High ethics of working remotely is a must
