Опис вакансії

We are a well-established company specializing in sports betting analytics and data-driven products for bettors and bookmakers. Since our founding in 2012, we have built a profitable, self-funded company focused on innovation and delivering world-class analytical solutions.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them resolve product issues, answer questions, and ensure they get the most value from our products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day client support through the ticketing system.
  • Manage support tickets in Jira and coordinate with the development and product teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, providing product guidance, and resolving complaints.
  • Translate marketing or advertising materials when needed.

Requirements:

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Strong written communication skills (email-based support).
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-discipline.
  • Ability to understand customer problems and identify appropriate solutions.

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience in customer support or customer success.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).

Working hours (40 hours per week) Sunday — Thursday (09:00 — 17:00)
