Freight broker, Logistics manager (USA, English)

We are based in Odesa, Ukraine and we are agency for one of Top 20 US Logistics companies. Now we are hiring for position of Logistics manager (Freight broker).

This job vacancy is NOT remote.

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate level of English
• Desire and ability to communicate with people in English
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Stress resistance
• Experience in USA Logistics is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Working as a Freight broker (Logistics manager) in the freight market of USA
• Communication by phone and email with American shippers, factories, dealers of equipment
• Communication with our Sales manager who will provide you with the list of available freight that needs to be moved
• Accepting of incoming calls from dispatchers and truck drivers
• Assigning drivers to loads
• Controlling of on time load’s pick and delivery

Working conditions:

• Fixed salary $600 + percentage of loads moved. Salary is paid to you starting 1st day of your training
• The more months you work in our team — the higher is your percentage.
• Our brokers earn the following amounts (fixed salary+percentage): 1st month (trial month): $600; 2nd-4th month: $1000-$1600; 5th-12 month: $1600-$2600; after 12th month: more than $2600

• Comfortable office in Arcadia, Kadorr City Mall business center
• Working hours 1430 — 2300 Monday to Friday
• Compensation for taxi home
• Working according to USA rules/procedures (working US business hours, 2 weeks vacation a year, having days off during USA Holidays)
