Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join a client on a project!

Project: Is a web application, SaaS system. The goal of the project is to make an efficient software that will help businesses eliminate the headache of keeping track of paper proposals and equipment orders helping your company work smarter not harder. The project helps any company that operates in the service field become efficient by simplifying the process and by making it easier to keep track of sales.

There is 1 AM on the client side, who will introduce the process.

Team Size: 3 back-end devs, 3 front-end devs, 1 mobile dev, 1 QA.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday from 18:00 — 03:00 at night (Kyiv time), after adaptation 15:00 — 24:00 because customer communication from the east coast.

Start: ASAP

Requirements:

• Excellent level of English (Advanced), experience in negotiating in English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Be able to take responsibility;
• Strong experience working with clients;

Responsibilities:

• Communication with client;
• Show how the system works and answer the questions;
• Make Skype & Zoom calls;
• Create new accounts (test appointments);
