Dispatcher (expedite, USA Market)

Requirements:

• Experience in the US Logistics (Expedited): sprinters, small straights, large straights;
• The ability to search for loads on such boards as Sylectus, DTA or others. We always welcome the presence of personal «hot» customers and ability to develop the customers from boards;
• Confident written and spoken English;
• Motivation to grow and develop, both personally and financially;
• Responsibility and attention to details.

Working conditions:

• Shifts from Monday to Friday (14:00—22:00) or (15:00—23:00).
• Own database of drivers;
• Salary based on: fixed rate per hr + commission for results (margin/profit).

Duties:

• Bidding and winning of the loads;
• Communication with customers and drivers.
