We are inviting you to become a part of our company as a Sales Manager!

GotYourBack Support is a Ukrainian IT company, working both in B2C and B2B market, providing remote technical assistance to English-speaking users all over the world, as well as being the voice of our partners' brands and the main tool for building trust and open relationships with their customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Distribute the product among native English speakers;
Initiate conversations with potential customers via calls or chat;
Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that fulfill those needs;
Upsell or cross-sell products or services where appropriate;
Maintain a friendly, professional attitude to foster positive customer relationships;
Work with the sales team to achieve collective goals;
Share effective sales tactics and customer feedback with team members;
Regular training and team meetings to enhance skills and coordinate efforts

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF:

Your spoken English level is Upper Intermediate or higher (B2-C1-C2);
You are an ambitious and proactive person;
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role would be a plus.
