BIM Specialist

Title: Junior/Middle BIM Specialist (Part-Time/Full-Time involvement)

Summary:

The primary focus of the role will be Scan-to-BIM modeling in Autodesk Revit based on point-cloud data, with projects across North America and Europe.

We’re looking for someone who has a good technical foundation, pays attention to accuracy and model quality, and is motivated to develop their BIM skills while working on real international projects.

Key Requirements:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering or Architecture is preferred, but we’re open to relevant experience and education
• Ideally 2+ years of relevant Revit/BIM experience
• General understanding of residential and commercial architecture and/or structural systems
• Good working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to implement it consistently
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach. We value people who raise issues early, think through possible solutions, and propose a way forward rather than simply returning a problem
• Ability to adapt to different project requirements, workflows, and team working styles
• Ability to communicate clearly with the team when information is missing, unclear, or conflicting
• Intermediate English is a strong advantage

Experience with Scan-to-BIM, point clouds, Revit families, or architectural/structural modeling will be considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Revit models based on point-cloud data and project documentation

• Model architectural and structural elements accurately and consistently

• Develop and modify Revit families when required

• Follow project BIM standards and modeling requirements

• Coordinate with the team and respond to review comments

• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and quality requirements
