Mticket is one of the leading ticketing operators providing ticketing automation and event management. We operate in international markets and are constantly improving our ticketing system to provide the best experience for event organizers and ticket buyers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Analytics

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Define and track key performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROMI, ROAS, LTV)
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitive analysis (local and international)
  • Build a transparent reporting system and make data-driven decisions

Channel Management

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns: PPC, targeting, SEO, SMM, PR, email marketing
  • Manage and optimize offline marketing (OOH) for live events
  • Coordinate content creation (copywriting, design, visual assets)
  • Develop and test full-funnel marketing strategies

Event Marketing

  • Support event organizers with promotional strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Build and standardize promo templates for various event types (concerts, tours, festivals)
  • Drive conversion optimization and increase ticket sales

Team Leadership

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing in-house team (5−7 people) + external contractors
  • Coordinate designers, influencers, agencies, and media partners
  • Implement efficient planning, task management, and performance reviews

Budget & Operations

  • Create and manage marketing budgets
  • Monitor campaign performance, test hypotheses (A/B testing), optimize spend
  • Present and defend marketing plans to leadership

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead
  • Proven experience in event industry and/or e-commerce
  • Track record of building and managing marketing teams (in-house + external partners)
  • Strong analytical skills: experience with Google Analytics, Data Studio, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Strategic mindset, high self-organization, and ability to make decisions in dynamic environments
  • Experience in ticketing platforms or cultural/entertainment projects is a big plus
  • Portfolio with real cases of revenue growth or campaign scaling
  • English — B2 level or higher
