Support Manager (Carshipping, USA)

Job type: Remote

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM- 4:00 AM Kyiv time
• An alternative schedule is also available, if preferred: Monday to Friday 12:00 AM-8:00 AM Kyiv time, 40 hours per week

Employment: Independent Contractor Agreement

Salary: $5 per hour ($880 per month), + $6 bonus for each positive customer review received.

You may be a great fit for this position if you:

• Have an English level of B2 or higher
• Have strong communication skills
• Are able to handle and resolve conflict situations professionally
• Can organize a fully equipped remote workspace, including a modern computer, stable high-speed internet connection, headset, and webcam
• Have previous experience in customer support or sales, which will be considered an advantage

Important: Preference will be given to candidates who have a backup power source and reliable alternative internet access in case of power outages.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers from the United States in English
• Handling inbound calls and providing customers with the necessary information and support
• Assisting customers during communication and helping resolve their requests when needed
• Tracking customer feedback and following up regarding reviews
• Updating customer information and recording communication results in the CRM system
