Personal assistant

Requirements:

• Assistant for our CEO Marketing/Sales Department
• Know good English in talks and written
• To work with the Laptop and establish meetings for and with the CEO
• Ability to have discussions with our B2B partners in Europe and North America
• Connecting to new B2B Marketplaces for EU and North America

Work conditions:

• From our offices in Bucharest, Romania or Hamburg, Germany

Responsibilities:

• You will accompany the CEO to meetings in Europe
• You will have the connection to all Departments of our Company
• To establish online meetings with resellers or wholesalers in Europe.
• To oversee the smooth running of the photo sessions with our Models, which we will set up for our articles and to hire some new Models for these sessions, that will take place for each season.
