Your responsibilities will include:

• conducting legal research;
• preparing commercial proposals, presentations, legal letters, legal reviews;
• writing short articles for the company website;
• drafting various legal documents;
• supporting client communication by preparing correspondence, requests, and informational materials;
• performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• You are a fifth-year law student or a law graduate;
• Strong academic performance (GPA 75−80+);
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (required);
• Exceptional attention to detail (critical);
• Basic experience in searching public records and legal documents online;
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Strong problem-solving, judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Genuine interest in law and the crypto-asset industry;
• Full-time employment is required (40 hours per week);
• Experience using AI tools.
