Truckload Dispatcher for the USA market

Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of experience booking loads for drivers in the US market (Dry vans, PO loads, etc.). Please note that this is not in the EU transportation industry or car hauling but in the US

• Eng Level — Upper-Intermediate
• Need to know how to work with Power Only trucks, a massive plus if knows Amazon Relay Board
• Ability to multitask and problem-solving skills needed
• Team worker who can also work independently
• Need to have own computer and phone (cell phone), high-speed internet

Work conditions:

• The remote work arrangements will transition to a hybrid model, combining office and home-based work.
• The job requires working six days a week, with evening hours from 14:00—15:00 to 23:00—00:00, depending on the schedule.
• There is potential for personal and financial growth within the company.
• Bonuses for bringing drivers and solid brokers with lanes to the company, bonuses for making gross goals
• The probation paid period is two months, with a contract signed and an agreed amount of drivers to cover

Responsibilities:

• Booking loads for drivers (company drivers, lease, owner-operators)
• Working with all company’s available load boards — DAT, Amazon, Brokers loads board, Telegram Load Channels
• Building solid relationships with brokers
• Fix issues during load pick-ups, transit, delivery
• Route planning
• Provide customer service for brokers and drivers
• Fill up Google spreadsheets on driver loads, statuses, dispatch TMS
• Follow companies policy
