Lawyer

We are looking for a talented and qualified lawyer to join our team at Saad Legal.

You will be responsible for providing legal support to our clients in the areas of doing business, corporate governance and supporting international organizations in Ukraine.

Main responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and support to clients in matters related to corporate governance, establishment of companies and registration of securities, drafting and analyzing contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations;
• Drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Representation of clients' interests before governmental authorities;
• Participation in negotiations and dispute resolution;
• Performing legal analysis and research of relevant legal issues;
• Ensuring internal controls and compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Requirements:

• University degree in law;
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law;
• Knowledge of domestic and international legislation;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team and make decisions;
• High level of proficiency in Ukrainian and at least intermediate level in English;
• Proficiency in office applications and CRM.

Work Conditions:

• Office located in the downtown.
• Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00, weekends on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays. Flexible working hours and short-term business trips may be required.
• The probationary period will be 3 months
