Customer Service Representative (NA, on Weekend)

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our growing National Accounts division. This role will closely cooperate with the Account Manager and the US team, as well as the team Onsite, and will be responsible for various operational tasks for our largest customers (well-known international companies). Summary of essential job functions

• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments to ensure manageable transit time
• Identify and solve scheduling issues within the Account Manager or customer
• Complete Status Notification emails at the start of each business day
• Ensure all accessorials are sent to the correct carrier in a timely manner
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of various systems, technology, and tools to locate and schedule shipments for customer
• Ensure all loads are scheduled that are expected to ship each day
• Communicate closely with the Account Managers and the team

• Assist with the training and development of new logistics coordinators

Minimum Requirements

• PC proficient (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Good typing skills
• English level: Upper-intermediate and higher level is a MUST
• Flexibility on workload/essential job functions
• Must exhibit the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to multi-task and understand how to prioritize workload in order of importance
• Experience in CSR role with English-speaking customers would be a plus

Working conditions:

• US weekend shifts: Friday-Sunday 8a-8p or Sat-Monday 8a-8p. EST. 3pm — 3am UA time
