Support Manager (Canada)

Nick’s Window Cleaning is a reputable cleaning company known for our exceptional services and commitment to customer satisfaction. Since our establishment over a decade ago, we became a leader in the Canadian market and gained over 10K happy customers. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Customer Support to join our team.

📍Requirements:

• Great soft skills, loves working with and helping people.
• English B2+ minimum, has experience in sales, CS, or call center with American/Canadian customers.
• Experienced CRM user.
• Attentive to details, self-organized, responsible, and proactive.
• Willing to learn and grow.

🖊️Key responsibilities:

• Handling incoming inquiries on email.
• Confirming scheduled appointments with the customers via email, text, and phone.
• Closing jobs after completion according to the technician’s notes.
• Upselling and cross-selling the scheduled jobs when possible.
• Constantly cooperating with the financial department about payments and closing pending debits.
• Correlating the work of sales representatives and technicians.
• Updating the CRM systems and keeping client info up to date.
• Requests tracking in Jobber.
• Assisting with job scheduling in case of cancellations or reschedules.
• Attend daily sync meetings and learning sessions.
• Sending the daily reports.

📌What we offer:

• Working hours: 5/2, 4 pm — 1 am (Kyiv time).
• Payment: $500 + KPI bonus 150$.
• Controlled by the Director of Sales at the moment.
