Here, at the ZAGROZA digital agency, we have been developing applications, driving web development and digital marketing for European (and, of course, Ukrainian!) and American customers for 5 years.
We prioritize modernity, manufacturability, creativity, and solving non-standard, ambitious tasks.
We are looking for:
- Someone who is not afraid of challenges and is willing to give his all to achieve his goal
- Person with high personal responsibility, organized and results-oriented
- Able to plan, analyze and think strategically, work with large amounts of information
- With knowledge of the basic elements of project management
- With an understanding of the process and stages of software development, software development methodologies
- An administration fanatic who won’t rest until the team produces the result of the day.
- With the ability to build a «rhythm» in the team’s work and ensure that everyone follows it (daily, reports, planning, everything in the task book)
Will be a plus:
- Experience as a project manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Track and report on project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting team growth and development.
