Job Description:

As a Crewing Manager / Crewing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective manning of our vessels. You will be responsible for recruitment and selection process, checking the level of seafarers' knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in crewing, maritime operations, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and crew management software.
• Good in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
